Drop-in Vinyasa Hybrid -(60 minute)

Vinyasa yoga is a high-energy, dynamic practice that seamlessly transitions from one pose (asana) to another, synchronizing breath with movement to build heat in the body, develop strength, and stimulate the cardiovascular system. With an awareness of the body, mind, and heart, this practice cultivates balance and equanimity while unlocking both the mind and body. As you flow through yoga poses, you’ll be guided with physical cues and variations, helping to release tension - especially in the larger muscles of the thighs, glutes, and back—that may block the natural flow of energy. This invigorating practice combines Vinyasa creative sequences with standing postures for an empowering flow state, a type of consciousness - the place of being fully absorbed and highly focused on what you are doing. It feels good after all.
