Drop-in - Wed. Chair Yoga - (60 minute)

Chair yoga is a versatile practice that offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind. It enhances circulation, promotes a sense of well-being, and can help lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, decrease inflammation, and alleviate chronic pain. This practice also strengthens key areas like the legs, upper back, shoulders, and hips while improving balance and flexibility. Part of the class involves standing, dancing briefly to energize the body, and practicing yoga poses that foster focus, mental clarity, and relaxation.

Chair yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of physical condition or experience level. We incorporate props such as blocks, yoga straps, and weights, which can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.
