Online Restorative Yoga, 60 minute - 6 weeks series

Restorative yoga is a deeply healing and rejuvenating practice that nurtures the body, mind, and heart through meditative stillness and inner work. By embracing stillness, this practice invites you to release stress and quiet the busy mind. You'll be guided through a gentle sequence of restorative poses designed to support complete relaxation, using a variety of props such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, blocks, and straps. These props help create a fully comfortable and restful experience, allowing your body to unwind and restore balance.
