Online Root Yoga - Easy Flow (60 minutes) Monday - 6 weeks series

This Hatha yoga class is designed to help you feel grounded while encouraging mindful muscle engagement to support joint stability. The session features a gentle flow that begins with grounding poses and a supine vinyasa, emphasizing connection to the earth. From there, we build foundational strength with heart, shoulder, and hip opening, while cultivating awareness of the body and breath.

The class is centered on the theme of “Root to Rise,” inviting you to find stability by pressing down (rooting) to create lift and space (rising). This slow, warming, and grounding sequence emphasizes the union of opposites, helping you cultivate presence and a strong mind–body connection. As we transition into standing poses, the focus shifts to breath, balance, and engaging the muscles with integrity.

For the best experience, we recommend having blocks, a yoga strap, and a blanket.
