This Hatha yoga class is designed to help you feel grounded while inspiring acute muscle engagement to stabilize your joints. The session features a gentle flow that begins with grounding poses and transitions to a supine vinyasa, incorporating heart, shoulder, and hip opening while focusing on the body and breath awareness. The slow sequence is warming and grounding, emphasizing the union of opposites. As we move to standing poses, we'll concentrate on breath and balance to engage muscles with integrity. For the best experience, blocks, yoga straps, and a blanket are recommended.
