Hybrid Yin Yoga, 60 minute - 6 weeks series

Yin yoga is a slow, nourishing practice in which postures are held for longer periods, allowing time to gently and deeply target the connective tissues—fascia, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Subtle, graceful Yang movements may be woven in to support circulation and balance.

This practice supports mobility, hydrates the body’s fascial network, and invites you into a quiet, meditative inner space. Yin yoga is an exploration of balance between effort (Yang) and surrender (Yin), encouraging both physical release and mental clarity.

Through stillness and mindful awareness, Yin promotes deep relaxation, enhances flexibility, and cultivates a calm, contemplative state of mind. You’ll leave feeling open, grounded, and deeply restored, also stretched out, relaxed, and gently rejuvenated.

PROPS are not required, but feel free to use any that support your body in practice!
