Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where postures are held for extended periods, deeply stretching and targeting connective tissues like tendons, fascia, and ligaments. This practice increases mobility, hydrates the body's extensive fascial network, and invites you into a deeply meditative internal space. It promotes relaxation, enhances flexibility, and encourages a contemplative state of mind. After practice, you'll feel stretched out, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

PROPS are not required, but feel free to use any that support your comfort and practice!
