About Me


Hi there, I'm Angela

I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Root, Chair Yoga, and short guided meditations with a nurturing, heart-centered approach. My offerings invite students to move with awareness, honor their unique bodies, and discover yoga as a path of healing, compassion, and self-discovery. 🧘‍♀️✨

My mission as a yoga teacher is to encourage yogis to be true to themselves, listen to their bodies, connect with who they really are, and follow their breath with love and kindness.

Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. If you are looking for mindful yoga practice, you are in the right place. I would love to see you in class.

Vinyasa: build strength through conscious movements, balance, and breath.

Yin: target deep tissue and find stillness in a contemplative practice.

Restorative: enable deep relaxation with the aid of props and achieve emotional relaxation without strain.

Root: ground down to lift for full extension and expansion through standing poses and slower-paced flow.

Chair Yoga: makes yoga practice accessible, improves strength, balance, and confidence.

Mindfulness Practice: find awareness that arises through attention, purpose, and in the present moment.
